Job Summary:
The On-Site Project Manager provides overall contract oversight and leads daily onsite operations for assigned project(s). Serving as the single point of contact (POC) for the Government, the On-Site Project Manager supervises all project staff, manages schedules, oversees subcontractors, ensures performance meets contractual requirements, and maintains consistent communication with DAWSON leadership and stakeholders. This multi-functional manager also ensures full compliance with all safety, environmental, and energy regulations. The On-Site Project Manager develops and manages the Accident Prevention Plan and Environmental Management System/Installation Energy Plan and serves as the onsite competent person for all safety and environmental matters.
This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
