Summary: This position provides logistics support services to the JPM CBRN Sensors at Edgewood, MD.
Job Description
Analyze integrated product support (IPS) and life cycle logistics management of assigned programs within the JPM CBRN sensors portfolio
Develop, review, analyze, prepare, and/or update studies, analyses, and program documentation
Provide support to the product/project office for the full life cycle management
Monitor product supportability requirements in relation to the established program requirements for cost, schedule, and performance
Interface and coordinate product support efforts with both internal and external stakeholders
Provide coordination and support at meetings by producing the agenda, preparing presentation materials and displays, and hosting/participating in the event as required
Assist/support creation and maintenance of type classification/material release and related documentation related to acquisition
Responsible for updating, creating, archiving program information on the Joint Acquisition CBRN Knowledge System (JACKS), assigned program shared drive, Microsoft Teams, and/or other repositories
Develop life cycle sustainment plans, fielding plans, logistics demonstration plans, technical manuals, and training packages
Manage, review, and comment on Prime contractor technical manuals, validation efforts, provisioning data, training packages, and other logistics related deliverables
Perform cataloging requirements of for both Standard and Non-Standard Equipment for the assigned programs
Monitor data, enter data and conduct lateral transfer actions in Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A), and the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP)
Conduct asset visibility analysis and generate property accountability reports
Review and revise the Issue, loan, receipt, and turn-in documentation (i.e., DD Forms 250s, 2062s and 3161s) for property accountability
Coordinate and dispose of non-mission capable equipment
Operate government owned vehicles and forklifts in performance of inventory control activities, movement/transport or delivery of materials or equipment as required
Qualifications
Secret Clearance
Able to use the Microsoft Suite of applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) to create and maintain documents and communications
Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) experience
Equipment and instruction training (e.g. operator and maintenance experience or certifications). Equipment training will be required based on the product technical manuals and original manufacturer manuals. Certification from Association for Talent Development or instructor level training is also recommended. Products within CBRN include the Joint Chemical Agent Detector (JCAD), Chemical, Biological, Radiological,
and Nuclear Dismounted Reconnaissance System (CBRN DRS), and other military related chemical detectors, sensors, and collectors
Acquisition Logistics experience
DAU experience of foundational or the equivalent of two (2) years of acquisition experience in life cycle logistics
Three (3) years of experience in related Life-Cycle Logistics in the area of Acquisition
