SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Onsite Lead with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological, physical science, engineering, or a related field to oversee operations at our physical location. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience working on DOD environmental consulting services contracts at the Installation level. The Onsite Lead will be responsible for coordinating daily activities on-site and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the site and ensure all activities run smoothly.
• Coordinate with various teams to optimize on-site operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies are available.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Provide regular updates to management on on-site activities.
• Train and onboard new employees as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science degree in biological, physical science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in working on DOD environmental consulting services contracts at the Installation level.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certification in safety procedures is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the industry is highly desirable.
