MEFPAK/UTC Process Manager (DCAPES/MRDSS/LOGDET)

POSITION SUMMARY

MEFPAK/UTC Process Manager to manage Unit Type Code development, registration, readiness monitoring, manpower and logistics detail maintenance, process documentation, customer support, and the MEFPAK Community of Practice. Location for this work is at Scott AFB, IL.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update, maintain, and develop the MEFPAK Playbook and post pilot-unit management, training, and oversight information to EIM SharePoint.
  • Perform UTC development, registration, and maintenance, including Mission Capability Statements, Concepts of Employment, and TTPs.
  • Manage DCAPES UTC registration, daily MANFOR updates, LOGDET maintenance, and MRDSS readiness monitoring and reporting.
  • Maintain the AMC MEFPAK Community of Practice and manage organizational mailboxes that support MEFPAK and PMI customers.
  • Analyze process gaps, develop improvements, prepare briefings and reports, and coordinate actions with units and functional stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience developing, registering, maintaining, or managing DoD or Air Force UTCs.
  • Working experience with at least two of the following: DCAPES, MANFOR, LOGDET, MRDSS, or equivalent readiness systems, with ability to work across the full tool set.
  • Knowledge of AFI 10-401-style planning and execution processes and medical readiness program management.
  • Current Tier 3 investigation with Secret eligibility and enrollment in Continuous Vetting; ability to obtain and maintain interim or final Secret access, CAC, system access, and required Government training.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior AMC medical MEFPAK, pilot-unit, SharePoint Community of Practice, or headquarters customer-support experience.
  • Experience creating process databases, playbooks, briefings, and senior-leader readiness products.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS

  • Full-time, primarily onsite at Scott AFB, Illinois, during Government core hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; short-notice schedule adjustments may be required.
  • Telework is not guaranteed and may be authorized only when the Government and contract permit situational telework.
  • The role may require CONUS/OCONUS temporary-duty travel for meetings, site surveys, training, exercises, testing, or mission support, including possible travel aboard DoD aircraft.

Salary Range: $29 - $34 per hour
