Program Manager

Department: PTS - Aktarius
Location: Fort Sam Houston, TX

Summary: Responsible for the performance of the services conducted. Shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operations.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for overall program management
  • Enforcing work standards
  • Coordinate contractor schedules
  • Review work
  • Review communicating policies and procedures
  • Review overall contract/task order performance including functioning as the direct interface with the COR.
  • Responsible for coordinating contractor travel and required training items related to ‘Other Direct Costs” in support of training and evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • 4 year Bachelor Degree
  • 3 years experience with Program Management
  • Secret security clearance
  • Possess experience and knowledge of DOD Technical Support Force (TSF) chemical, medical, and search & rescue units and how they conform to Incident Command Systems concerning command & control, search & rescue, medical, mortuary affairs, mass casualty decontamination, and reconnaissance operations
  • Possess familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs
  • Possess OSHA Hazardous Material First Responder Operations Level certification
