Salary Range: $95,000 - $130,000
SUMMARY:
DAWSON is seeking a Project Manager (PM) /Environmental Manager to support our growing environmental team that is executing technical consulting work OCONUS. The PM / Environmental Manager will serve as the contractor’s primary point of contact with the Government for all contract matters. This role provides overall leadership, management, and direction of contract operations, including environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and oversight of the Environmental Management System. The PM will ensure all performance objectives and deliverables are met, coordinate across multiple DoD installations, and maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
JOB LOCATION:
Joint Region Marianas (JRM HQ, Guam) as the central duty station.
Travel as needed to Andersen AFB, Naval Base Guam, and other DoD sites on island.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Direct overall program execution, schedules, and budgets.
Lead environmental compliance efforts, including waste management, stormwater, hazardous materials, and sustainability programs.
Coordinate with Government stakeholders, subcontractors, and partners.
Supervise and support all contractor staff.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting, deliverables, and quality assurance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have at least 3 years of experience overseeing multi-million-dollar federal service contracts, preferably supporting DoD or military installations. Experience must include environmental compliance programs (e.g., hazardous waste, stormwater, EMS, sustainability) and coordination across multiple government sites.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in environmental compliance, EMS, or sustainability program management.
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, management, or related field.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
U.S. citizenship; eligible for base access.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with DoD contracts in Guam or Pacific AOR.
Familiarity with Navy/USAF environmental programs.
