Salary Range: 34.75

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Good physical condition and strength

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on various systems
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Repair or replace broken or faulty components
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate maintenance records
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of welding techniques
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
